A prolific healthcare professional and committed social
entrepreneur, Anjali Ajaikumar is Executive Director – Strategy at
HealthCare Global Enterprises Limited (HCG). In this capacity, she
steers organizational efficiency, employee engagement, patient
satisfaction, and continuous advancements in the quality of care
across all 26 HCG cancer centers in India and overseas. A firm
believer in the power of tech-led disruptive innovations, Anjali is
unflinchingly focused on adopting emerging technologies in line
with the evolving healthcare paradigms and opportunities of
tomorrow.

Anjali also spearheads Lumos Health, a potent and purposeful
enabling platform to build and strengthen the start-up ecosystem
across the globe, helping promising startups across the globe scale
up faster through timely funding, proactive mentoring, authentic
clinical validation, and a host of nurturing activities.

For the HCG Foundation, Anjali steers the whole range of
humanitarian projects including cancer awareness campaigns and
fund-raising programs to support financially challenged patients.
Under the aegis of International Human Development and
Upliftment Academy, she is actively involved in fostering rural
education, empowering women, and creating environmental
awareness. Anjali is also a member of the Board of Trustees at the
Mysuru-based Bharath Hospital, a not-for-profit organization
working towards transforming the cancer care environment for
improving the quality and longevity of patients’ lives.

An MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, Anjali
commands actionable insights into project consulting and leadership
in her past stints in the US. She has also worked for the Global
Tracheostomy Collaborative, a multidisciplinary community of
healthcare professionals, patients and families committed to
improve tracheostomy outcomes.
